M. Balakrishnan, S/o  the  late  Vyrelil  Karunakara Menon, (Prof. of Mathematics and an eminent social worker), joined the firm as a partner. <p>With over three decades of experience behind him in the field of construction Mr.P.I. Isaac, Palal decided to enter into the housing sector of Thiruvananthapuram. So was born M/s. Prime Property Developers in 1993. Since then they have made their presence felt in this sector having completed three major apartment complexes comprising of about hundred and forty five apartments.</p>
<p>In addition to this, the promoters have the distinction of having completed several landmark projects for other reputed institutional clients. In the process they have worked with well renowned architects and structural consultants - the most well known being Mr. Charles Correa.</p>
<p>The Promoters</p>
<p>P.I. ISAAC : Mr. Isaac is the Managing Partner of the firm. He has been in the field of civil construction for over four decades and has a reputation for carrying out quality work on schedule. He has completed several major projects, the most prestigious of which is the five star Ashoka Beach Resort at Kovalam.</p>
<p>ROY PETER : Mr. Roy Peter is an Engineer with Post graduation in Industrial Management from NITIE, Bombay. He has worked in India and abroad with software and management consultancy firms prior to starting Prime Property Developers. He has now about twelve years experience in this field.</p>
<p>PREETHA ROY : Mrs. Preetha Roy is an Engineer with a Masters in Business Administration. She secured the top rank in the University for both Engineering and Business Administration. She has been actively involved with Prime Property Developers since the beginning.</p>
<p>JOSEPH P. ISAAC : Mr. Joseph P. Isaac is an Engineer with Postgraduate Diploma in Business Management. He has been associated with Prime Property Developers and several other construction projects for the past seven years.</p>
